Cullen Gas

Cullen Gas has built a following in Perth through repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals. Reviewers consistently describe the team as punctual and efficient, with several noting that they were kept informed about arrival times, including one customer who was contacted when a tradesperson was running slightly late. Gas leaks, heater faults and new heating system installations appear regularly in the feedback, and customers frequently mention that jobs were completed quickly after an initial call.

Named staff, including Mike, Matt and Pat, are repeatedly singled out for being courteous, friendly and willing to explain how new equipment works. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the thoroughness of the diagnostic work, with reviewers describing practical solutions being found rather than unnecessary replacements.

Tidiness after completion is also acknowledged, with one customer noting that the work area was cleaned up before the team left. Long-standing clients describe engaging the business for more than a decade, citing consistency across that period. The way enquiries and follow-up calls are handled, both before and after a job, is another recurring theme, along with the polite manner of the tradespeople who attend. Gas fitting, heating work and hot water systems are the main services mentioned.

I thought these guys pick-up your gas heaters and take away for repair. They came to my home and serviced 2 of my LPG gas heaters ,very quickly .What a fantastic job they've done and very reasonable service pricing,I can't complain, here's to a warm winter when ,when I don't feel like chopping wood ,at the time.I can now set my Rinnai convector heater to come on in the early morning hours ,force warm toasty house when we get up

Matt and the team were efficient, polite and on time. Excellent work ethic, friendly and explained clearly what they were doing and how to use the new heating system. Highly recommended
