From the initial enquiry and discussion, to the prompt great service I am very happy and highly recommend this company, - much appreciated! Particularly many thanks to Georgia for her advice, help and arranging the replacement of my very old ducted heater, and to Nathan who did excellent job.
I highly recommend OZWARM services. The customer service was exceptional. From phoning and first speaking with Georgia who kindly arranged a little temporary hot water system within 24 hours as we had been without hot water for some time. Our Rheem Heat Pump hot water system was meticulously installed by Nathan and Joey and works perfectly. Pricing was also competitive and good value for money. I am so happy to discover OZWARM, who are now my number one go to plumbing group.
Thank you to the People at Ozwarm. Gorgia, for her friendly response in arranging the booking and quoting of the services required; and Nathan, for his prompt attendance and professional service. (Repeat customer)
Professional, reliable, outstanding workmanship, and motivated to meet your needs. Nathan & Georgia were patient, listened to what we needed, and delivered a 5 star service from beginning to end. On the day of works, both Nathan and Joey went beyond with their service and standard of work. Furthermore, the family were comfortable with them being at our home, with them being accommodating, friendly, and communicating throughout the process. Thank you Nathan, Georgia, and Joey - 5 stars all round.
Nathan who came over to my house to decommission my evaporative cooler which was leaking, was very prompt to start working upon arrival, to resolve the issues. Approachable man. Price was reasonable. Happy with his service. Thank you Poh. Blackburn South
Nathan fixed and serviced our evaporative cooling unit the day after extreme heat. We were very appreciative of their prompt service and professionalism….will definitely use again
The team from Ozwarm Home Services installed our new air con and we couldn't be happier. They showed up exactly on time and worked non stop until completed, leaving the place clean and tidy. The system was whisper quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for your installation needs.
