Emerald Beach Plumbing Service

Households, community groups and property owners around Coffs Harbour have repeatedly turned to this plumbing team for a wide mix of work, from gas hot water systems and heat pump installations to blocked drains and a damaged bathroom area. A project that recurs in feedback is hot water, with reviewers describing new heat pump units installed and a gas system diagnosed and repaired, including help obtaining state and federal rebates.

Punctuality and reliability come up again and again: a handful of customers describe tradespeople arriving when promised and explaining the fault and the repair process before starting. Named staff feature prominently, with Travis, Chris, Ian and Andrew each singled out for courtesy, clear communication and technical knowledge. Tidiness also stands out, from removing boots before entering a home to leaving a workspace or bathroom clean after the job.

Reviewers repeatedly mention fair, clearly stated pricing and helpful reception staff who take initial calls. Emergency flexibility is noted, one crew working around a family emergency, while another job involved rehanging a dislodged gutter for a volunteer rescue group. Gutter work, gas fitting and drain repairs sit alongside bathroom renovation and septic and solar hot water work, with the same efficient approach described across each job type.

I highly recommend Emerald Beach Plumbing Service. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and highly efficient from start to finish. Chris arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the solution. I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

Travis was amazing. He was on time, respectful, communicated perfectly. I showed videos of what’s going on. He explained why, then he did the job very efficiently.

Excellent service! Georga arrived on time, she was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Emerald Beach Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service from the team from the helpful reception staff that took my initial call, was polite, understanding and helpful, to the service technician that did that work on our gas hot water system, who clearly outlined what steps he was going to take, and what needed to be done once the issue was diagnosed. The team at Emerald Beach Plumbing are friendly, helpful and efficient and we highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done. Thanks everyone. Great work.
