Pure Flow Plumbing

Pure Flow Plumbing earns repeated praise across a broad range of plumbing work in Coffs Harbour, from burst kitchen taps and replacement basin mixers to toilet cisterns, leaking toilets and major storm water drainage. Several buyers describe the team arriving when promised, including one call answered within ten minutes and another job completed earlier than scheduled. Reviewers repeatedly mention clear communication, both while arranging visits and in follow-up calls after the work was finished, along with the tidiness of the tradespeople, who leave sites spotless once the job is done.

Named staff feature often: James, Luke, Adam, Nick, Kye and Ben are each thanked for courtesy, knowledge and willingness to help, with Brodie and his apprentice Blake singled out for working calmly through a rooftop solar hot water replacement when panels and fragile terracotta tiles complicated the install. A replaced hot water service, a Truma combustion fan motor in a caravan and new cut-off valves under a sink show the range of expertise. Customers value clear quotes, fair pricing on new systems and fittings, and the care taken with small jobs as much as large drainage projects. Long-standing clients note the consistency of the service over years of use.

We recently had Pure Flow Plumbing replace our rooftop solar hot water system, and couldn't be happier with the job Brodie and his apprentice son Blake did. It wasn't a straightforward install — our solar panels were right in the way, and some of the old terracotta roof tiles broke during the job, which could have easily turned into a headache. Instead, Brodie and Blake worked through it calmly and carefully, taking the time to get it right rather than cutting corners. Their professionalism, patience, and determination to see a tricky job through properly really stood out. It's also nice to see a father and son working together and passing on that kind of work ethic. Would highly recommend Pure Flow Plumbing to anyone needing solar hot water work done — you're in good hands.

We recently had our faulty Truma hot water combustion fan motor replaced in our van by Adam at Pure Flow Plumbing and we couldn’t be more impressed with his pre visit investigations, his knowledge when we visited and his genuine interest in finding a solution to fix the problem. Nothing was too much bother for the office ladies when making and changing appointments and we even received a follow up call a few days later to check that everything was working as it should. I don’t normally bother posting reviews but these guys really do a fantastic job, bravo!!

As always, A1 service and total professionalism. Met Ben when he started his business years ago. Testament to the business's success is the way it's grown. Adam, one of the Pure Flow Plumbing team was here in 10 minutes after I called. This very polite young man installed new basin taps, repaired a leak in one of the toilets and replaced 2 toilet cisterns and seats in in speedy time. If you want courtesy, reliability, professionalism at a premium level, call Ben and his team at Pure Flow Plumbing Coffs Harbour. Thanks Adam. Great job. Wayne 👍🏻.

Pure Flow recently supplied and installed a new heat pump hot water system and removed the old solar system. The quote was done promptly as was the install itself. The guys who did the install were very professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. A very positive experience all round. More than happy to recommend them.

Super happy with Ben's quote on replacing a hot water service, then James work removing the old system. It was quite a tight fit removing the old system and t installing the new system. I got a new system with all new fitting at a great price. It's a 5 stars rating from me very happy. Thanks guys !

We’ve been using this plumbing service for over a year now and have consistently had a great experience. Communication is always clear and efficient, and any issues are handled quickly and professionally. The plumber is friendly, knowledgeable and takes real pride in the quality of the work. What really stands out is that everything is always left spotless after the job is done. It’s rare to find such reliable, professional and considerate service these days. Highly recommended.
