Fraser's Plumbing Service

Evaporative cooling service and installation, gas heater servicing, blocked drain work, roof repairs and general plumbing emerge as the recurring services customers describe. Several reviewers highlight how quickly someone attends, with same-day responses arranged after calls about failed hot water systems and major pipe blockages, and one landlord notes being kept informed throughout with photographs and a final update once the work was finished. Fair, clearly explained pricing is another theme, with quotes described as reasonable and often lower than anticipated, while the office is praised for accommodating advice and information before work begins.

Tidiness and expertise come through in accounts of swampy servicing, spouting cleaning and a unit that had been incorrectly installed and needed repositioning. Named tradesmen including Tim, Rory and Eddie are singled out for professionalism and for going beyond what the job required. Communication before and after the work, from progress calls to a clear plan for resolving fence-line pipe problems, is a point that comes up often. The same team has handled servicing, toilet repairs, roofing and air-conditioning work for long-standing customers in Mildura seeking dependable and efficient tradespeople.

Tim and his team have done a fantastic job on my rental property. I had a very big issue along the fenceline causing bloked pipes in the house. Tim was extremely fast to respond, getting out there the same day, and informing me of the major issues and how he planned to resolve them, as well as a price indication. After all works were complete I received photos and a final update. Being a landord and not from the area having a representative like Tim who knew the local area, council rules and who is liable for what cost, made the process very smooth. Highly recommend!

Totally rude and arrogant slamming my screen doors turned off my freezer to power up his tools lucky I realised and put my freezer back on dust was left every where rubbish left in my bin not happy at all

Work carried out was not done how we discussed and agreed to on the phone, was extremely difficult to deal with and the workmanship was low in quality (p clamps and compression fittings left loose, dog boards cut and left off the house and rubbish and tools were left behind). I won't be using them again.

If you are over 50, forget about getting up on the roof to service your swampy. We are so happy to have Fraser's Plumbing come and do that for us, they were here the same day as we called (don't wait until it's hot already), very efficient and the job is done. Now we are ready for Summer. Bring it on.

Got a quote of new evaporated cooler on the roof and installed few days after just before Christmas. Very efficient.

Frasers kept me in their progress with up to date phone calls. Evaporative aircon serviced and spouting cleaned by Rory. Great efficient tradie. Very pleased as usual.
