Robinson Plumbing

Robinson Plumbing handles a broad range of work across Mildura, and the feedback gathered from customers consistently highlights responsiveness and craftsmanship. Reviews time and again mention how quickly jobs are booked in and completed, whether the task involves a blocked drain, a leaking roof, a tap repair or a replacement pump. Customers in several reviews describe the team arriving promptly for emergency situations, including one call-out on a public holiday, and completing repairs properly even when the work took longer than expected.

Clear communication is another point that comes up often, with customers noting they were kept informed from the first phone call through to completion. The quality of the finished result is described as thorough and well executed, and customers mention that the price charged was fair and reasonable for the standard of work delivered.

Named staff such as Justin, Jake and Jay are singled out for their knowledge, politeness and friendly manner, with one customer noting a plumber went out of his way to help. Tidiness on site also features in accounts, with one person remarking that the tradesperson cleaned up and left the home neat. Diagnosing and repairing a concealed water leak under concrete, along with water heater repairs, stands out as a task customers felt was handled efficiently.

This is the worst plumber I have ever came across. I gave them a water proofing work. Initially they said, they will fix it at a cost of around 8,000 dollars. Four days later, they increased the cost to 15,000 dollars, and they didn't find out the problem at all. After a week, they again increased the cost to 20,000 dollars. I said, enough is enough. If I keep this on for one or two more weeks they would easily increase the cost to 1,00,000 dollars. They opened up my garage ceiling and did nothing to fix it. Finally I had to pay an amount of 5,000 dollars, virtually for DOING NOTHING. I am fed up, lost so much money for doing nothing. Zero out of 10 rating from my side.

I always recommend Robinson Plumbing in Mildura because their staff are always prompt, polite and professional. I have never been disappointed with the service provided. Most recently Taylor completed a really difficult hot water service replacement for me. Thank you 🙏
