Go2 Plumbing & Pumps Newcastle

Punctuality and reliability stand out as the qualities mentioned most by those who have engaged this Newcastle plumber. Keelan is named repeatedly, with reviewers describing him arriving when he said he would, listening to what was needed and then working through the job without fuss. Quotes are described as detailed and fair, with no unexpected charges appearing afterwards, and several customers note that the final cost matched what had been discussed beforehand.

Communication is another theme, both while the work is being planned and after it is finished, and homeowners mention that explanations of the problem were clear and easy to follow. The scope of work covered in accounts includes irrigation systems, hot water systems, laundry connections under sinks, bathroom renovations, stormwater outlets and drainage repairs, along with pump failures that had cut power to a house.

Tidiness features often, with sites described as left clean and finished neatly, including pipework arranged to look presentable rather than simply functional. Speed is noted too, particularly on urgent call-outs, and the depth of trade knowledge is a point that comes up regularly. Customers also remark on how approachable and easy to deal with Keelan is, and a number mention intending to call on him again for future plumbing work.

Great plumbing service! I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Great family run company! Come out and fixed my hot water asap as I had a new baby. Professional and top service. Will be using again

Highly recommend Keelan! Would give 6 stars if we could! We used them for replacing two toilets, shower sets, vanity, laundry tub, and installing our whole-house water filter system. We still have our kitchen sink, tap, and dishwasher booked to install later. Excellent quality work and we’re really happy with the results. Communication was very easy, they were very responsible & attentive, and flexible with booking dates, which helped a lot during our renovation process!! They were also lovely to deal with and made everything feel stress-free! Really appreciate all the hard work and excellent service!!

Keelan has been fantastic. Took my call at 6pm after my water pump blew and shorted the house. He came out very quickly and not only fixed the issue but also helped out with Shower pressure. Great guy and super easy to talk with. Highly recommend.

Had Keelan out to do a range of plumbing work across the house and couldn’t recommend him more highly. He clearly knows his trade inside and out — the depth of expertise was obvious from the moment he walked in, and he tackled everything we were after (and more, as he’s qualified in that on fit outs and renovations also which was handy). Workmanship was excellent, communication was clear throughout, and the whole job was done to a really high standard. If you need a plumber who knows what he’s doing and is a pleasure to deal with, Keelan’s was excellent! Thanks 🙏

Best in the business! Keelan is amazing to communicate with and very professional in everything he does. My Go2 for sure!

Keelan did an outstanding job fixing the laundry connection under my sink. Not only is everything working perfectly now, but he also took the time to make it look incredibly neat and aesthetically pleasing!! He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship. Highly recommend Keelan if you’re looking for someone reliable who goes the extra mile to deliver both function and a clean, polished finish.
