Fantastic Communication and Excellent Customer Service. From efficient booking with Lachie to quotes with Eddie and tradies who explain what they’re doing and why with Cooper, Mason, Jake and Hayden. Thank you to Rae.Co for their excellent service. I had to call them out for two separate jobs in one week. We had pipes that weren’t trapped properly causing a horrendous smell and then later I found a shower leak (separate incident) and the guys came back quickly and sorted it for me. They also clean up after themselves as well. Would highly recommend this organisation and I will definitely use them again if needed. Tania Pritchard
Can not speak highly enough of Eddie - I had called Rae.co plumbing regarding a concern about a leaking mixer over our bath. Very polite and courteous. Will definitely be calling them again.
I used Rar.Co Plumbing to replace an insinkerator, initially we had Jack out and then Mason did the instal. Both Jack and Mason were very friendly and super helpful. Mason was very efficient with the instal and cleaned up after himself. Would use Rae.Co again and if you need a plumber, give them a call you won’t regret it!!
I had Jack from RAE.CO attend my home today to clear a blocked drain. I can't rate this company high enough. Jack was punctual, professional, and so kind. A beautiful company to deal with and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.
My husband and I were impressed with the quality of this plumbing business. Communication from the very beginning and throughout the plumbing job from the initial consult through to after the job was completed, was outstanding. A special mention to Iggy who presented with a friendly and informative approach to the job. We would absolutely recommend this business for anyone requiring a plumbing service.
