The plumber identified the problem and fixed it quickly. He left the area clean and tidy. This is the fourth job Enviromate have done for me in the last year. I continue to be impressed with the lovely tradies (polite, hard working and professional) who attend to the jobs. I also think their rates are fair.

Have used Enviromate twice. supplied and installed our new hot water system (at short notice) and switched over all the taps in our house. Very happy with service each time. Quote, booking and work all done promptly, professionally and skillfully. Great follow up too. Would recommend
We run an AirBnB in the Hunter Valley and had a situation where we found we had no hot water for an upcoming guest. We were fortunate enough to use Enviromate and within 24hrs we had a new system installed replacing a 20yr old system. We 'saved' our booking and couldn't be more happy with the level of expertise, professionalism and expediency they showed in getting us back on line ... Highly recommended.
My experience was stress free, nothing was a problem. The hot water service was replaced within a 12hr window, very accommodating.
Great service with a warranty issue for our HWS with a faulty valve. Newcastle Hot Water were prompt to arrive and replace the valve after I reported the issue. Very happy with the service, great work.
