Although he wasn’t available to attend himself, he took the time to refer me to someone he trusted, Michael. That alone already showed a lot of integrity. Michael came out within a couple of hours, inspected the unit free of charge, and gave honest advice. He recommended a full replacement at a very reasonable price, which was significantly lower than another quote I had received. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Really appreciate Ran pointing me in the right direction and helping me avoid being overcharged. It’s not often you come across this level of honesty and helpfulness.
