I had a really great experience thanks to Ran from Greater Sydney Plumbing Services. I initially contacted Ran about an issue with my hot water system. Although he wasn’t available to attend himself, he took the time to refer me to someone he trusted, Michael. That alone already showed a lot of integrity. Michael came out within a couple of hours, inspected the unit free of charge, and gave honest advice. He recommended a full replacement at a very reasonable price, which was significantly lower than another quote I had received. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Really appreciate Ran pointing me in the right direction and helping me avoid being overcharged. It’s not often you come across this level of honesty and helpfulness.
