Shane arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He is one of the most genuine and honest person I’ve met. Another company had recommended replacing several expensive parts, but Shane took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found a much simpler solution. He repaired everything on the same day and saved us a lot of money and time for us. He was very thorough and professional. He protected our floors with covers, cleaned the heater, brought all the necessary tools (even his own vacuum), and left everything neat and tidy.
