Shane arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He is one of the most genuine and honest person I’ve met. Another company had recommended replacing several expensive parts, but Shane took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found a much simpler solution. He repaired everything on the same day and saved us a lot of money and time for us. He was very thorough and professional. He protected our floors with covers, cleaned the heater, brought all the necessary tools (even his own vacuum), and left everything neat and tidy. He also gave us some helpful advice and ideas for our system. It’s not easy to find someone we can truly trust these days, but Shane is definitely one of them. I feel very fortunate to have found him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you again, Shane!

Shane did an awesome job servicing my DS 1400 and had it looking like new. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and went above and beyond by removing a tricky mark from the glass that I didn't think would come off. Couldn't be happier with the service, highly recommend!
