GV GAS

GV GAS earns consistent praise across its Shepparton customer base for reliable, prompt service and quality workmanship. A handful of customers describe Joel and his team arriving quickly after a call, including one who received a response outside business hours and had a plumber on site early the following morning, and another who was surprised at a thirty-minute response time for a gas heater and an ensuite leak. Several accounts note clear communication from the first call through to completion, with photos and a full breakdown supplied after a gas heater service.

Fair pricing is a point that comes up often, described as reasonable and affordable, while the friendliness and respectful manner of the team are noted throughout. Tidiness also features, with one account of a thorough clean-up once the work was finished. The jobs discussed include gas heater servicing, a kitchen sink leak and an air conditioning fault sorted during hot weather. Customers return for further work and pass the details on to others, with the standard of workmanship and the straightforward manner of the team leaving the strongest impression.

Very happy from start to finish with GV Gas. Great communication, quality workmanship and a friendly, respectful team. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. Thank you!

Amazing work! Sent a message to GV Gas outside of business hours (came home to discover a leak under kitchen sink), got a response straight away to say they’d contact me in the morning. Received a call from Joel at 8:15am, had someone at my house by 8:30am and got the job sorted straight away! Will definitely be recommending GV Gas to anyone needing a plumber 👏👏

Terrible experience. Communication was absolutely atrocious. Was left without a working oven for 3 weeks.

Highly recommend GV Gas … great communication, prompt and reliable, fair pricing and excellent workmanship.

Shows up on time and gets the job done! Thanks Joel and team

Thanks Joel and team for the fantastic service on both our gas heater and the leaking in our ensuite. I couldn’t believe you were here in 30 mins to get these fixed. Your prices are so reasonable and I have already recommended you to several people. Thanks again.

Affordable and friendly service! Appreciate the photos and full breakdown on the gas heater service. Will use GV Gas again. Thanks Joel
