Illegally took photos of household under excuse of safety check with abuse of their power they got me a breach of tenancy - they had been only given entrance to unblock a toilet that a lacking of support worker was using wipes against my suggestion not to filled it with. And housing manipulated the situation to put a safety check through so they could take photos without my knowledge - they are only allowed to photograph direct and immediate fire hazards etc. Upon my SECOND call to express this and google suggested i could request all information on the safety check as i can't get hold of housing - the person just got their manager and their disgraceful response was to speak incredibly horrible when i asked them to wait as google ai was talking over top its a new feature i didn't know how to stop and i couldn't hear them - and she just kept going and telling me i called enough ( twice ) yeah how dare i be upset this company almost cost me my housing - oh my goodness forgive me for costing them a few minutes of their precious day pointing out they can't secretly take photos if they took them for a " safety " check why were no smoke alarms that are able to be reached checked or the monoxide detector unless im mistaken ? I asked specifically for a different company and said they can come any time and instead they keep sending this one - they continue to look down their nose at me every time - i don't know why they don't just decline the job and tell them to go elsewhere

The administration ladies are extremely rude and immature and would not help me with the appropriate complaints process. I had waited from Thursday to now Thursday to have someone just come out to plunge my toilet…. They canceled my appointment out of spite and immaturity, due to me asking for a different person to attend my home. I had to go online to find there so called director’s number and James was worse to deal with, he was arrogant and lied to me saying that housing put a hold on the job, when it was the administration girls who did that all because I asked to get a different person to attend my home due to Charlie there working plumber being rude and lazy and judgmental on other jobs she had attended to in the past. If I could give this so called company a big fat ZERO I would. The director of the company was so disrespectful when I attempted to reach out and rectify the situation, I even had to ask him if he was listening to me a few times as I could hear him walking away from the phone as I was trying to speak with him. I even asked him do I need to call someone else because he just didn’t care…. I’m disgusted with all of the people I have self with today. My disabled son and my younger 8 year old have had to go to the toilet in a bag inn my back yard for a week…. They are very rude, they talk over you, refuse to listen to you if there is an issue, they treat DFFH residents terrible compared to a “PAYING” customer,

I had a burst pipe, I called Vic Plumbing and Gas. They turned up fast, and on time. The plumbers were professional, and knowledgeable, located the leakage quickly and fixed my problem fast. Thank you, guys. I recommend this company to everybody. 5+1 STAR!
