Hinch Plumbing - Plumbers Geelong

Households across Geelong have engaged Hinch Plumbing for projects ranging from hot water system replacements and tap repairs to roof restorations, gutter and downpipe replacement, and drainage work, and the feedback returns repeatedly to the same themes. A number of customers describe a prompt, professional response to initial enquiries, with quotes supplied quickly and the scope explained clearly before work began. Reliability and punctuality come up often, as does the tidiness of the finished result, with reviewers noting that pipework and installations were left neat and that the site was cleaned as the job progressed.

Nick is named frequently for his communication and attention to detail, with customers recalling that he kept them informed of time frames and picked up on small issues others had overlooked. Kane, Jaiden and Jared also receive praise for courteous and efficient service. Reviewers mention fair, reasonable pricing and honest advice, including thorough roof reports and explanations of existing problems, and note that complex jobs were handled without fuss. Repeat business is a common thread, with customers returning for further work and describing consistent quality across multiple visits, whether the task involved a straightforward tap replacement or a full re-roof.

Thanks so much Our job was not straight forward and we truly appreciate the thought and quality execution. Nicks communication was excellent- always knew what was going on and time frames

Hinch Plumbing have just completed replacing gutters and downpipes and roof repairs for me. They have done a very thorough job, and all the team were pleasant and very professional. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Hinch Plumbing. Good communication and reliability are important to me, and Nick and Jayden delivered on both. Jayden arrived at the time he said he would, communicated clearly throughout the job, and worked efficiently. I’m very happy with the work completed and would happily use Hinch Plumbing again.

Nick at Hinch Plumbing provided an extremely efficient and professional Service during the process of installing and commissioning my new heat pump hot water system. Various options were included in initial correspondence which made the process of decision making extremely efficient. Nick ensured that the process of applying for the Victorian Solar subsidy was smooth and straightforward. He also successfully applied for another small subsidy. I was very grateful to Nick for providing me with a temporary hot water service to ensure that I was not without hot water at any time after my original heat pump hot water service failed after six years. Installation of the new system and removal of the old system was carried out in a completely professional and efficient manner. I totally recommend Nick and Hinch plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Petre Goode

Hinch Plumbing coordinated with other contractors to effect repairs to my Surfcoast house. The job was done to my satisfaction in all respects. I could only rate Hinch's contribution as 5 Star Plus.
