I have been so impressed with South Vic Plumbing and would absolutely recommend them, and I would use them again. Jake diagnosed a collapsed boundary trap that no other plumber had told me about and was always quick to attend my home to help me out when my drains were blocked. Jake has gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of service, professionalism and price. Jake the owner is fantastic and I highly recommend choosing this accountable Plumber for any work you need to have done. Originally left South Vic Plumbing a One Star Review due to the water being shut off without any notice to our property. Three hours later; Jake comes up to my place and asks if I left the review wanting to discuss what had happened and sincerely apologised for his employees lack of common sense. Apparently a pipe had been burst by a Builder working with the plumbers on site, he had gone and shut off the water to stop the flow but didn’t notify any of the occupants. Jake apologised on behalf of his employee who also didn’t communicate to the occupants and advised that this employee has been reprimanded. I would absolutely recommend going with South Vic Plumbers as they really do take every job seriously and endeavour to leave your property with everyone happy.
