South Vic Plumbing

Across Geelong, the team at South Vic Plumbing is frequently described by name, with Jake singled out for responsiveness and diligence. Reviews regularly refer to punctuality and reliability, noting that jobs were finished within agreed timeframes and to a high standard. Something that features in review after review is the communication maintained throughout a job, including updates about which trades would attend and how the property would be left afterwards. Honest advice and practical solutions are also highlighted, whether for leaking taps or larger replacements.

Jake, Jacob and Ollie are described as friendly, knowledgeable and flexible, with one account of a schedule rearranged to suit a customer's availability. The work covers gutter and downpipe replacement, removal of an old wall heater, installation of an oven and general plumbing repairs, and the clearing of debris afterwards is noted. Customers value that quoted amounts are honoured and that problems are addressed directly by the owner. Several say they would return for future jobs and pass the details on to friends and family.

Would highly recommend Jake at South Vic Plumbing for any plumbing issues. He has been great to deal with always offering honest plumbing advice and solutions.

Jake and his business are exceptional. Down to earth, honest, responsive, and super efficient. Will defintiley be continuing to refer to him for any future plumbing needs 👍

Wonderful, great communication and quick service. Was friendly and able to share a laugh or two. Thanks Jake for your service and assistance, no more leaking taps. Highly recommend.

Jake and the South Vic Plumbing team were great and i would highly recommend them. Professional, friendly and on time. Job done on time and high quality - thank you Jake.

I have been so impressed with South Vic Plumbing and would absolutely recommend them, and I would use them again. Jake diagnosed a collapsed boundary trap that no other plumber had told me about and was always quick to attend my home to help me out when my drains were blocked. Jake has gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of service, professionalism and price. Jake and his team really care about fixing the problem and I'm so grateful that I now have new pipes that Jake was able to replace. Thank you, Jake!

Jake the owner is fantastic and I highly recommend choosing this accountable Plumber for any work you need to have done. Originally left South Vic Plumbing a One Star Review due to the water being shut off without any notice to our property. Three hours later; Jake comes up to my place and asks if I left the review wanting to discuss what had happened and sincerely apologised for his employees lack of common sense. Apparently a pipe had been burst by a Builder working with the plumbers on site, he had gone and shut off the water to stop the flow but didn’t notify any of the occupants. Jake apologised on behalf of his employee who also didn’t communicate to the occupants and advised that this employee has been reprimanded. I would absolutely recommend going with South Vic Plumbers as they really do take every job seriously and endeavour to leave your property with everyone happy.

Jake and the crew at South VIC Plumbing were simply awesome. From first interaction to the last. They were professional, reliable, knowledgeable and very prompt. A pleasure to work with and we will no doubt hit them up again. Thanks Jake and team.
