Hobart Hot Water Specialists

Residential hot water failures are the recurring theme running through the accounts here, and the pattern is remarkably consistent. Reviewers describe calling with a cold shower or a cylinder that had given up, then having a replacement delivered and operating within a day, sometimes within hours of first contact. Sam is the name that appears throughout, and the feedback highlights his rapid replies to enquiries, the way he talks through available options before starting, and his follow-up afterwards to confirm everything was working.

The practical side draws equal attention: old cylinders and other rubbish are carted away, installation in difficult locations such as the crawl space under a house is managed without drama, and the site is left tidy. A theme running through the feedback is punctuality, with appointments honoured and the whole process described as efficient and hassle-free. Customers also note that the price felt reasonable for the work involved. Friendliness pervades the accounts, with Sam portrayed as easygoing, professional and highly competent, arranging delivery and installation at short notice.

100% recommend Hobart Hot Water Specialists! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Having luke warm showers was far from ideal, so I contacted Hobart Hot Water Specialists. I sent photos to Sam on Wednesday mid-morning, and by Wednesday evening I had a brand new hot water system installed. Sam was friendly, efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The quick turnaround and great service were amazing. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Amazing quick service Sorted me out with new hot water system fast and effective Organised and professional Great service Thanks again Sam!

Called on Tuesday evening and had a new hot water cylinder by lunchtime Wednesday. Tidy job with no rubbish left behind. Thanks Sam!

Really impressed with the service. I called and he came out the same day, which was a lifesaver, and had the new hot water system installed straight away. Easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, and the workmanship is very tidy. Fair pricing too. Would definitely use again.

Sam was great! Got in quick contact after I sent an online enquiry, provided options and arranged for delivery and install the next day. The install process was efficient and convenient, he even checked in after to make sure all was good. All round great service.

Definitely recommend. Prompt service, on time, quick turnaround, no hassle. Sam was easygoing, friendly and professional. New hot water cylinder delivered Monday afternoon for an install first thing Tuesday morning including removal of old water cylinder.

If plumbing were a sport, Sam would be the MVP. Started my Monday with a freezing cold shower, gave Sam a call and he had a new hot water cylinder installed for me by 1:30pm. That's the stuff of legends.
