I had my water tanks cleaned via Sheppard Bros very professional and time efficient.

What started as a leak and blocked sink became a major plumbing refit due to our 60 year old infrastructure. Shepperd Bros were on the site soon after we called. Judah who attended was polite, professional and very competent. He did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier. We've used Shepperd Bros several times before and they always get the job done. Thank you.

I received excellent service from the plumber that. He was courteous, pleasant and efficient. The lady in the office was helpful. The only problem that I had was making arrangements for a visit, but once that was organised the whole procedure went very smoothly.

Great communication by Shannon, on up and coming repairs, time and date. Tom diagnosed and repaired and issue with our oven in our 2 year old caravan. Extremely helpful and professional.

I met Matt and Tom today because I had an issue with the fridge in my van. Not only did they take a great amount of time to fix the problem, but they were incredibly kind, and I had such a great moment with them! I left with a fridge that works perfectly and a warm heart after meeting two people so friendly and helpful. You can go there with your eyes closed! And on top of that, the price they asked for was tiny compared to the work they did. Matt and Tom, I can’t thank you enough. You made my day — and my van — so much better!

Heads up to any JB van owners.We had an issue while in Sorrel with the swift hot water heater. We contacted Sheppard Bros who are a service agent for Swift products.They fixed our issue quickly and had us back on the road.Tom went out of his way to help us and explain how to navigate future problems (if any) .I would highly recommend this business to all van owners.Thanks again Sheppard Brothers

I needed to replace my insinkerator and so rang Tom to ask advice on the best choice and details of installation. The same day Tom located one for me and organised installation.
