I called Howrah Plumbing to clear blocked down pipes. They arrived right on the time they said they would be there. There workers were polite and friendly. I couldn't believe how quick they completed the job. If you are looking for a plumber to do work for you I highly recommend Howrah Pumbing

We used Howrah plumbing for a pre-purchase septic and plumbing inspection. The reception, finance and the second inspector were great to deal with. The first inspector that was sent did not complete his job, left without contacting us to ask what action we wanted to take and dug in the incorrect spot. We left instructions with reception that we wanted to use the camera to locate the septic. Instead of the first inspector calling us to ask if we wanted to use the camera for an additional cost (which we had already agreed to), he left the inspection and made note on the report that the inspection was not able to be completed . We had to and set up a secondary inspection with a different inspector for a different day. The second inspector got his job done quickly, rang to ask questions when he wasn't sure and buried the septic tank again. He also sent through pictures of things we needed to be aware of.
Plumbers who attended were pleasant and no issues; however, charged service fee and 3hrs of labour over multiple visits when they did not perform 3 hours of labour (approx 5-10 mins on first visit). In total was 583 dollars to replace two sets of taps...
We could not fault Howrah Plumbing.Kept in touch with us and came when they said they would. The plumbers that came fixed our job quickly and couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
Thank you for prompt service. The plumber was excellent and explained the problem and possible solution. My only wish is that I had an approximate arrival time, but I know that can be challenging.
Howrah Plumbing have done a great job again, as they did after our last call 4 or 5 years ago. Matt and Brodie arrived promptly, and unblocked our drains quickly & efficiently, being thoroughly polite, friendly and professional throughout.
