Thanks for the quick and efficient service. Shaun listened to my problems and was able to test, replace and seal my leaking taps without charging me for unnecessary other work. Will be using them again for my next project.

This is the third plumber I have dealt with in the last 12 months. The previous two were difficult to schedule, more interested in doing what they wanted (easy cash grab work) rather than listening to what I actually wanted done to fix the problem. Needless to say the previous two plumbers also came with eye watering bills at the end. I rang Howzat off a recommendation and am pleased to say I've finally found a good plumber. I rang at around 8am and was booked in for that morning. Plumber turned up as scheduled - very polite and very tidy with his work. He took the time to actually listen to the problems and agree on what actions to take - no stupid upsells, no stuffing around. The best surprise was the very fair invoice at the end. Will use again.

The plumber I got was very kind, I believe it was Sam? Explained what the issues seemed to be as he worked through them. Fixed the main issue within minutes when I had been worrying about a multi-hour jaunt through the pipes and walls of my apartment. Second fix was also fast and made my sink a lot better. Explained to me how I could likely solve the problems on my own in future. Very awesome work! Thank you guys very much :D

EXCELLENT JOB from Howzat Plumbing! I contacted Jo yesterday afternoon re replacing my hot water system and as promised, Sam arrived early this morning installed the unit, cleaned up and the job was done by mid morning. I have hot water aplenty. Sam is a quality professional. You can tell he does an excellent job not just because he’s skilled but because he wants to. Good on you Sam. Highly recommend Howzat!

After buying our new home, we struggled with very low water pressure and were told by another plumber it was “impossible” to fix. Thankfully, we found Howzat Plumbing. Shaun identified the faulty pressure regulating valve as the root cause, did the necessary digging, and completely resolved the issue. We later had Mick connect our new stove, which is separate from the oven. Both are designer Asko appliances, and the tight space made the installation more challenging, but he absolutely nailed it. Jo, who handles the phone calls, is warm, understanding, and easy to speak with, and the team even offered follow-up advice after installation. Fantastic service all around with fair pricing — highly recommend
