SJ Hot Water Brisbane

Praise for the technicians themselves is the thread that runs through the feedback for this Brisbane hot water and plumbing operation. Various customers describe punctual arrivals, with one noting a text message sent ahead of the visit, and reviewers repeatedly mention clear explanations that helped them weigh up options before committing to work. Named team members come up often: Nick, Chris and Taylor for advice on a new shower installation, Ned for a hot water system install, Josh for a leaking tap and for quoting, Rueben for channel grate installation, Tyrell and Edward for a replacement hot water system, and Edward again for following up on an earlier leak repair.

Brian and Ethan are singled out for replacing taps throughout a house. The qualities attached to these names are consistent – professionalism, friendliness, reliability and what customers call a high standard of workmanship. Communication before and after the job is another recurring point, alongside efficiency in diagnosing and fixing faults and the ease of arranging a booking. The work described spans hot water system installation, tap and leak repairs, channel grates and shower fittings, with solar and conventional hot water supply among the services on offer.

Josh was professional and polite when tending to our leaking tap, he explained everything with ease and fixed our issue

Josh was great! Super friendly, on time, text when on way, provided all the information I needed to make informed decisions. Booking an appointment was easy. Great work! Highly recommend this company (and Josh)! Will definitely use again.

Josh was on time and explained everything for the quote. Brian and Ethan did a great job replacing all my house taps. All were very friendly and experienced. Many Thanks

Nick M & Nicholas from S&J Plumbing & Gasfitting were fantastic. Job involved involved of a new gas continuous flow water heater and a new shower on rail. Both Nicks clearly explained everything in words that made sense, honest about costs which were very reasonable, and got the job done same day as quoted. New installations seem great so far, and tidy. Professional, friendly, and happy to use again / recommend.

Tyrell from S&J attended my house in an instant when my hot water system broke. The problem was fixed professionally and in a timely manner. Thanks S&J for the great service, highly recommend the team.

Rueben did an excellent job installing the channel grate. Very professional, reliable, and great workmanship.
