Know Flow Plumbing

Plumbing work around Port Macquarie, covering blocked drains, gasfitting and hot water systems, is where this team draws consistent praise, and Paul is the name that surfaces most often. Accounts describe him arriving when promised and staying with the problem until it is solved, including one occasion when a split hot water hose was attended to soon after the first call. A recurring theme is how clearly jobs are organised, with customers saying they were kept informed from the first conversation through to completion. Reviewers frequently note reasonable pricing set against the standard of finish, along with a friendly manner and a readiness to work alongside other trades on site.

The tasks mentioned include toilet repairs, leaking taps, cistern replacements, a full-house water filtration installation, and drainage and gas work. One account highlights Paul taking evident satisfaction in the standard of his finish and suggesting a bench redesign once an old top loader was removed to free up space, while another appreciates that even small questions are answered properly. Follow-up work handled by a second team member was completed promptly and to a good standard, and property agents who made the referral have heard the same positive feedback.

Came out to help lift my hot water system up while broken roof tiles were being replaced underneath. Great work, can’t recommend enough!
