Shoreline Plumbing Co

Port Macquarie homeowners describe Shoreline Plumbing Co as a dependable choice for drainage, gasfitting and hot water work, with the crew's punctuality and clear communication standing out across the feedback. Jobs are assessed thoroughly before any repair starts, whether the trouble is a leaking tap, a damaged copper pipe beneath pebble-crete, stormwater overwhelming a sub-floor area, or a faulty water tank and downpipes. Named team members including Dave, Anson, Reece and David are singled out for their friendly, respectful manner and their patience in explaining each stage to householders.

Tidiness recurs as a theme, with work areas left clean and customers shown photographs and notes setting out what had been done, while quotes and invoices are described as fair and itemised clearly. Reviewers also highlight quick responses to urgent calls, early arrivals and the sourcing of parts so repairs could be finished without undue wait. Gas leaks, hot plate faults, sub-pump fitting and drainage repairs all feature among the problems resolved. Repeat visits receive the same attention, and several householders remark that the team recognised their property and booked them in without delay, a detail that speaks to the care taken with ongoing relationships rather than one-off jobs.

Reece from Shoreline Plumbing responded to our request for help regarding a suspected concealed water leak in a completely professional and timely manner. He’s team, arrived at the time arranged and quickly assessed, found, repaired the pipe and returned the site to it’s previous condition faster than we dared to hope. We wholeheartedly recommend Shoreline Plumbing and appreciate having such a reliable business in our area.

Outstanding service from Shoreline Plumbing. We had major stormwater and sub‑floor flooding issues, and Reece took the time to assess everything properly. He and the team delivered a professional fix with the sub‑pump installation and drainage repairs. Recently needed help again — Reece instantly remembered our home, booked us in quickly, and the team located and repaired a damaged copper pipe under the pebble‑crete with top‑tier workmanship. Reliable, prompt, and genuinely customer‑focused. Highly recommend Shoreline Plumbing Co.

I have dealt with Shoreline Plumbing previously and had no hesitation in contacting them for another job. I had the impression that they were busy, but for personal reasons when I asked if they could carry out the job quickly they had no hesitation in fitting my job in.

Arrived on time, and successfully fixed a gas leak in our cylinders. Thanks so much Reece!
