Laser Plumbing Bathurst

Plumbing and gas fitting work in Bathurst draws a mixed response from customers, with the standard of completed jobs emerging as the main point of contention. Several reviewers describe positive experiences, praising quick and capable service, staff who know their trade, and prompt attendance. One long-standing commercial client reports that the team has handled ongoing maintenance needs over an extended period, while reasonable pricing and helpfulness on site are also noted, along with a job completed to satisfaction. Balanced against this, other accounts raise reliability concerns, describing difficulty making contact by phone, calls that went unanswered, and a bathroom installation requiring repeated return visits without the finished result meeting expectations.

Accessibility of the premises is also raised as an issue in one account. The feedback therefore covers both efficient work for commercial and residential plumbing and gas fitting, and frustration where communication or follow-up fell short. Recurring themes include the speed of response when a job is attended and the importance customers place on the work being finished properly the first time. The range of experiences suggests prospective clients weigh recent feedback carefully when engaging a plumber for bathroom, gas or general maintenance work.

Do not use this plumbing service absolutely hopeless worst in Bathurst. Absolutely horrible job in our bathroom had to get them back multiple times and still job is like a three year old has done it. Absolutely horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. Use a different plumber not this company.

Fast and efficient service, knowledgeable staff. Laser plumbing have been handling all my commercial plumbing maintenance needs for a long time.

Totally not wheelchair accessible does not even make an effort to make any services accessible either. No response to my calls phone just rang out. With so many 24/7 plumbing services here, there are better choices.

Very unreliable buisness. Don't waste your time with Laser Plumbing!

Reliable, and fast. Great value for money. Look forward to dealing with them again soon :)

Great service and very prompt
