Reece Plumbing Bathurst

In Bathurst, Reece Plumbing serves the trade and retail market as a supplier of bathroom, plumbing, roofing and hardware goods alongside its hot water and gas ranges, with feedback from customers focusing squarely on the people behind the counter and on the phone. Several reviewers describe the team as friendly, helpful and polite, and a recurring point is that assistance does not stop when a requested item is not in stock, illustrated by a caller seeking caravan fittings for an urgent job who was pointed towards another source without any hesitation.

The sales staff, with Bec and Ashley named specifically, are praised for responding promptly and consistently across a long period of dealings. Reviews time and again mention the breadth of the showroom, covering bathroom supplies, pipe and fittings, shower doors, tools, roofing materials and hot water units, and one buyer reports negotiating a favourable deal on a replacement hot water system. What emerges most strongly is the willingness to solve problems rather than simply process a sale, a quality that keeps both tradespeople and households coming back for their plumbing and gas needs.

Great friendly staff & gave me a great deal on a new water heater, I highly recommended them 👍

Very helpful

I have been dealing with the sales team (Bec and Ashley) for over a year now. They have given me an excellent service and have been quick and punctual with every response. Highly recommend.

Called Reece in the hope of obtaining some John Guest fittings i needed for an emergency job on a caravan. They didn't have any, and even though I wasnt buying anything, the fellow on the phone didn't hesitate to help and directed me straight to where I could get them. That's what top tier customer service is all about!
