Very unreliable business when it comes to resolving a major domestic water pipes problem. If it is quick and easy they will do it, however, if it is more difficult they will tell you that it wont be done until January. You give them the OK for January and you receive no contact from them. You contact them again in February and they say that they have no recollection of the issue but to send them an SMS, which I did. It is now late April and no contact has been received from them. All the accounts received from them previously were paid promptly. I will be lodging a complaint with the QBCC. I consider that they don't even deserve a 1 Star rating.

Had a potentially dire blocked down pipe on upside of the house in the middle of wet season with 80 mm forecast for the day. Called Mick at 7 am and he had it unblocked by 9:30 am. Proof in the pudding and very happy customer- tks Mick 🙏

So Sunday, house full of guests and we had a blocked sewer line. I googled Cairns Emergency Plumbers and there was a list with several businesses that supposedly did 24 hr emergency call-outs. Out of them all, there was only ONE that actually responded and was here in 20 minutes with line unblocked within an hour. Great bloke, great job done and plans for a long term solution further down the tracks. Huge thank you to Mick Jorgo Plumbing. Mate you are a legend and the only one who really does offer 24/7 service.

Absolutley disgusting , wouldn't help with raw sewage coming up in house. Only cared about the money. Very very very bad service . Lucky to get one star you horrible man

Above and Beyond – Genuine Local Legend! I was working away in a remote FNQ community when my wife called me in distress—our shower wouldn't turn off no matter which way she turned the flick mixer tap. After calling several highly rated plumbers who either couldn’t help due to trade store closures or quoted outrageous callout fees, I tried one more number—Mick Jorgo. He answered immediately, reassured me that he carried a wide range of replacement cartridges on hand, and said he could attend straight away from Kewarra Beach. True to his word, he arrived quickly and fixed the issue without fuss. My wife was over the moon, and I was seriously impressed by Mick’s prompt, professional, and no-nonsense approach. Had Mick come out to our place to look at a drainage problem. He used a camera to highlight where the issue was. His camera got caught on a bend in the pipe and he subsequently opened the ground and split open the pipe to retrieve his camera. This was 2 weeks ago. He told me he would be back the following week to fix the issue. Several calls later he now tells me "to pay my bill" and get someone else as he cant do it before Xmas. We had already paid the $300.00 the next working day I think I have met ruder people but cannot remember when! With all the rain we have received our issue is now bigger than when he came out to fix the problem. I guess our next call is to QBCC to lodge a complaint
