Plumbnorth- Plumbing Gas Fitting and Sheetmetal

In Cairns and the surrounding district, Plumbnorth has built a following among homeowners and small businesses who describe a consistently straightforward experience. Several customers highlight how quickly problems are diagnosed and resolved, with one noting that after several failed attempts elsewhere the issue was finally fixed on the first visit. Matt and Aaron are named repeatedly for their hands-on approach, and Nicola receives frequent acknowledgement for the speed with which she responds to enquiries and dispatches trades to multiple jobs.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the quality of communication before, during and after work: customers describe calls, messages and reminders confirming arrival times, along with plumbers who take the time to explain what they are doing. Tidiness is another recurring theme, with sites left clean and tidy once jobs are finished. Reviewers mention a range of work, including heat pump installation, dishwasher fitting, gutter repairs after heavy rain, and roof flashings manufactured for the wet season. Pricing is described as fair, with more than one person surprised that the final bill came in lower than expected. The combination of prompt call-outs, knowledgeable trades and courteous front-of-house service is what keeps customers returning.

Great service!very prompt .left site clean and tidy.also a very good price on a heat pump.would gladly use plumbnorth again

Always happy with the service. Quick replies. Timely call outs. Professional service by knowledgeable plumbers who don't mind explaining things to you. Front of house customer service is great too.

The plumbers were absolutely first class and did great work. Plumbnorths response was 1st class. I would recommend them absolutely. The bill was a big surprise as I expected it to be much higher. Absolutely worth using.

QUOTE showing Biggest rip off ever, had 4 quotes with the same materials etc from other professional plumbers coming in at $1500 for Labour cost and this company Plum North's quote came in at $6000 for labour. ITS TOUGH enough trying to survive nowadays without blatantly being ripped off.

Amazing, friendly service. Aaron and the team did fantastic work, getting a few jobs completed in no time at all. Highly recommend Plumbnorth and will be using again and again!

A great local company that will go the extra mile if required, to ensure you get what you need on time. Good range and quality. 5 stars.

Very happy with the service from Plumbnorth. They arrived when they said they would and fixed my problem with no fuss. It's getting harder to find a tradie who fixes an issue first time. This was my fourth attempt, and it was finally successful.
