ND Plumbing Sunshine Coast

Whole-house water filtration, leaks and blocked drains recur throughout accounts of this Buddina plumbing business, whose customers consistently name Nik for workmanship and detail. Reviewers note that he turns up at the promised time and talks through the diagnosis in plain terms before any work begins, and that problems inherited from earlier tradespeople are sorted out properly. Lauren, handling the front end, is credited repeatedly with keeping jobs organised and making the back-and-forth simple from first contact through to completion.

Emergency situations feature often, including a holiday-period callout where a repair was brought forward within the hour after substantial water damage. A point made in several accounts is the fairness of the quotes, several households remarking that other plumbers had priced the same job far higher. Tidiness after completion draws frequent comment, as does the willingness to return over a year or more for follow-up jobs. Reviewers describe the pair as friendly, knowledgeable and dependable, with the technical judgement Nik applies and the office coordination Lauren provides both singled out for praise.

Great job! On time every time! Extremely responsive to emergency issues!

ND Plumbing responded quickly and solved the problem without any issues. Friendly, professional service and a fast turnaround. Highly recommended!

We've been working with Nik and Lauren for quite some time now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Nik is an excellent plumber who consistently delivers high-quality workmanship, turns up when he says he will, and always takes pride in the job. Lauren is fantastic to deal with in the office, keeping everything organised and making communication easy from start to finish. Together they run a professional and reliable operation that we are always confident recommending to our swimming pool clients. The feedback we receive from our clients is consistently positive, and it's reassuring knowing they're being looked after by a team that genuinely cares about their work and customer service. Highly recommend Nik, Lauren, and the team for any plumbing needs.

Absolutely outstanding service from ND Plumbing! From the first call with Lauren to the completed job! The team was professional, reliable and highly knowledgeable. The arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly before starting work. We had a blocked drain and suspected water leak, we were worried it would cost us an arm and a leg after being quoted 3 fold from several other plumbers. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s hard to find honest and trustworthy plumbers on the Sunshine Coast, but I’m glad I did, they go above and beyond. Thank you, now I know why you’ve been in operation so long, will definitely recommend!!
