R.K. Plumbing & Gas

Reliability paired with thorough communication is the thread that runs through feedback on this Sunshine Coast plumbing operation. Riley attracts particular mention, with reviewers describing how he confirms arrival times, talks through choices before starting, and checks back once the job is finished. Hot water work dominates the accounts, covering electric and gas systems, repairs, full replacements and a telephone-guided reset of a failing unit, while water tank plumbing, a tricky downpipe configuration and a kitchen filter installation also appear.

A point made in several accounts is how complications are managed, including a long day where an earlier job pushed the schedule back yet the customer stayed informed throughout. Workmanship draws consistent praise across bathroom, drainage and gutter-related tasks, with tidy results and careful detail noted. Charges are repeatedly described as reasonable or competitive, and the team comes across as approachable, straightforward and well informed, especially when explaining options. Several clients have engaged the business across multiple projects, and one now regards it as the go-to choice for plumbing needs. Trent is named alongside Riley on a water heater installation.

R.K. Plumbing ensured that we had water in our kitchen for a major birthday celebration and installed a filter system. The job before us had added complications which delayed arrival time, Riley kept us informed - turned up and got the job done efficiently with a competitive price - It was a really long day for him. R.K is our first choice now for our plumbing needs. Thanks Riley!

Riley was fabulous, guiding me through an over-the-phone reset of my gas hot water system which was failing, but now working. I will absolutely get him back at the next issue. Highly recommend 👌

I recently had R.K. Plumbing & Gas complete the plumbing for my water tank and was very impressed with the service. They was punctual, professional, and came up with an excellent solution for a tricky downpipe set-up. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Great communication, reliable service, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend R.K. Plumbing & Gas for any plumbing work.

We contacted R.K.Plumbing to repair a electric hot water system. Riley attended and was found to be professional in his approach.I was kept informed of the time of arrival,so customer service overall was great. Thank you R.K.Plumbing, I have recommended them to others. Regards Terry

Really prompt response & replacement of my hot water system. Friendly, efficient & reliable. Would definitely use R.K. Plumbing again.

With my hot water seeming to get cooler and cooler as each day passed, I reached out to RK Plumbing this morning, unsure if I was just imagining it. 💦💦💦 Riley turned up 20 minutes later…. Good to know I wasn’t making it up, there were definitely problems with my water heater. Options were discussed, and I decided to go with a full replacement. Within a few hours, I had a brand-new water heater installed with a 10 year warranty. Riley and Trent could not have been kinder, more professional or more efficient with the services they promised and carried out today. (Even to the point of clearing away the associated rubbish) I am looking forward to a super hot shower this evening! Many thanks, team. A privilege to be able to recommend you. 😋

The whole team had a great attitude and made what could have been a stressful job seem easy. It was a real pleasure working with them.
