Parnell’s Plumbing

Prompt, tidy workmanship and clear pricing stand out as the themes running through accounts of this Mackay plumbing business. Reviewers repeatedly note jobs finished swiftly and neatly, with sites left clean once the work is done. Hot water systems feature heavily, from replacement and installation to the removal of old gas units, along with kitchen and laundry renovations, sewer and plumbing work on new house builds, and urgent leak repairs. Deion is named often, with customers highlighting his readiness to explain what is required, his communication throughout and the follow-up after completion.

Bec is also singled out for her helpfulness in the office, and the two are described as honest and easy to deal with. The standard of the finished result, responsiveness from the first quote through to completion, and fair costs come up again and again. Same-day attendance for a failed hot water system is one example that stands out. Reliability and punctuality, together with friendliness on site, are noted repeatedly, and several customers say they would call on the team again for future plumbing needs. The consistent thread is of a team that diagnoses the problem, finishes the job well and leaves the site in order.
