O'Brien Plumbing Mackay

O'Brien Plumbing Mackay covers drainage, gasfitting, gas installation and hot water supply, and the feedback gathered around the business keeps circling the same strengths. Several buyers describe the office staff as knowledgeable and friendly when quoting, with one singling out the helpfulness of the person who handled the booking. Punctuality is a point that comes up often, whether the job involves a solar hot water tank leaking on a roof, a water leak forcing the mains to be shut off, or a routine visit, and reviewers note the tradesperson turning up on schedule or slightly ahead of it.

Workmanship is described as neat and careful, including a new 259-litre Thermann hot water unit fitted within roughly half a working day and left looking tidy. Cleanup afterwards is mentioned, as are clear communication before and after attendance and pricing that customers consider fair for the work carried out. Response speed in emergencies stands out, with one household reporting a plumber on site within a couple of hours of a morning call. Politeness and a friendly manner are noted repeatedly, and the recurring theme across the feedback is a problem sorted quickly and without fuss.

Very happy with the tradesman that arrived today. On time well dressed and very polite. Job was completed to a high standard in good time. Will be using again 👍👍👍👍👍

Happiest, friendliest and most helpful young lady in the booking area. The plumber was also very helpful and very professional in his job. Would have no hesitation in recommending these people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a new 259L Thermann hot water system installed by O’Brien Plumbing Mackay and was very happy with the service. The plumber arrived promptly, was friendly and professional throughout the job, and completed the installation in about half a day. The workmanship was excellent and the installation looks very neat and professional. The new Thermann unit looks great and the 259-litre capacity is perfect for our needs. While the cost was a little higher than I initially expected, I was comfortable with the price given the quality of the work and the finished result. The work area was left clean and tidy when the job was completed, which I appreciated. I would happily recommend O’Brien Plumbing Mackay to anyone looking for a professional hot water system installation.
