All Plumbing and Leak Detection

Properties flagged by council water alerts and homes with hidden underground leaks make up most of the feedback for this Mackay operation, and the accounts share a clear pattern. Customers describe how a plumber attended soon after the initial call and traced the source in minutes rather than hours, in one case pinpointing the escape across a long run of pipe and in another locating it in the centre of a driveway. More than one review highlights the accuracy of the detection equipment and the practical guidance that followed, with several noting that the fault was explained well enough for them to carry out the repair themselves.

Punctuality and responsiveness feature often, and one customer was grateful that a prompt return visit during a later leak was handled without charge. Matt and Michael are the names that appear in the accounts, described as approachable, knowledgeable and willing to share advice, while the pricing is characterised as considerate. Work on water leaks, pipe repair and the replacement of damaged sections, including coordination of a concrete cutter, is what the entries describe.

Michael managed to locate our underground leak in about 100m of pipe in about 20 minutes :-). We were then able to fix it ourselves and remove a huge rock that had pierced the pipe.

Took them 9 days to get to us , then found the leak and left it for another 8 days. Had to get another plumber into finish the job. Don’t waste your money!!
