TRI plumbing installed a new 250Lt Hot water system at my place. Very professional job. The tradesman who attended arrived on time, was friendly and did a quality job. Price was competitive. Very happy with the experience and would reccommend them to anyone!

I called at midnight on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday and someone (apologies but I can't recall the name) answered my call for a burst hot water feed pipe under the house. I had Dave show at 9am the next morning to sort the problem out. I can highly recommend the service as the uphold their 24 hour call claim and do the job quickly and efficiently.

Workmanship was satisfactory, but what got me was the undisclosed $159.02 per hour! Plus an $18.00 fuel fee! No not for a callout or weekend, for a planned bathroom roughin and fit out during the week. I myself have been a diesel mechanic for over 30 years, I know rates, but $154.00 during the week! I won’t return again. Keep looking, plenty of good plumbers at affordable prices in Mackay. And No!!!! hourly rate was NOT disclosed on booking! Why would I be here warning others if they did.

A bit disappointed in the attitude taken by staff in that arranged for 7.30am arrival but no notification that they would be late. Over one hour. But the plumber himself was friendly and appeared knowledgable about the requirement of the installation I wanted

We had a hard to trace blockage in our storm water system. Dean and Mitch were able to come up with an alternative solution. Very helpful!
