Drainworx Plumbing, Gas & Roofing Mackay & Whitsundays

Mackay and the surrounding district feature in accounts from households that engaged Drainworx Plumbing, Gas & Roofing, and the pattern across those accounts is rapid, capable attendance. More than one customer describes gas leaks repaired on the spot, with replacement parts sourced and fitted without delay, including one fault resolved within the hour.

The technician named most often is Beau, repeatedly described as friendly, professional and informative, taking time to explain what had gone wrong and what was being done. Dan also receives thanks by name from a customer whose problem was sorted quickly. A recurring point is the absence of mess after the work, with one household noting the gas system was left clean before the team departed.

Reviewers also remark on fair value relative to the work performed, and on the speed of the initial response, including a job attended and completed the same day a call was made. The business is identified by more than one reviewer as a local family operation, and the same customers indicate they would engage the team again, with one saying the contact number has been kept on hand. Hot water restored following gas repairs is another theme, alongside confidence that breakdowns are handled without fuss.

Do not recommend, scheduled a time to come out but won't show up, no communication what's so over, poor communication and not reliable.

Great service, Had the problem fixed within the hour , highly recommended, phone number saved just incase needed in the future, thank you Dan

Prompt response. Highly recommended

Great service. Fast and efficient. Had a small gas leak, he fixed it on the spot and then went to go and get replacement parts for other things broken on gas system. Didn’t take long and was professional in his manor.

We had a gas leak that needed fixing quickly, A+ service, Beau was great; friendly, professional and informative and explained everything to us. Was fixed that day, no mess left and we have hot water hooray! Will 100% use Drainworx again, cannot fault.
