Asked for a quote. Doing some basic math we concluded we would be paying approximately $330 per hour for the installation and disposal of two toilets. Disposal was not requested, just assumed. I tried to speak with Reid (the owner) about this to confirm my maths. I found him to be extremely rude and defensive, he kept cutting me off, said he won’t be discussing the hourly rate and if I didn’t like the quote I could shop elsewhere. We are taking his advice on this. I am always suspicious when a tradie refuses to discuss how he arrived at the quoted amount, especially the undisclosed hours required and the undisclosed hourly rate. The disappointing thing is we have used them before. The plumbers are fantastic to deal with and do great work. In my opinion, the owner could do with some in depth customer service training, it may prevent him loosing further customers. Use these guys if you don’t care about pricing, otherwise shop around.

I always feel confident when calling Port Plumbing. Reid and his team are efficient, prompt to respond and always professional. My recent retrospective drainage works were carried out by Adam and Jai, over a number of days, in oppressive heat. They both worked so hard, never complained and they are a credit to the company. The finishing off of the pavers in both front and rear yards look fantastic. Thanks again for a great job.

Installed a whole of house water filter. Arrived as planned, finished the job in a couple of hours. It's all working as expected and I'm very happy with the result. Highly recommended.
