Reece Plumbing Launceston

Home renovators fitting out a new house or refreshing a bathroom repeatedly single out the showroom team for help that went well beyond the basics, with assistance extending into laundry and kitchen selections alongside bathroom fittings. Caylee is named for her flair for detail and design work, giving buyers confidence in what they purchased, while Melissa and Michael are praised for product knowledge and for making selection straightforward. A point that comes up often is the friendliness of the counter staff, including the worker who located a hole punch kit, arranged its collection and packed it with the receipt enclosed.

Joel is credited with sorting out an issue promptly and without fuss. Reviewers also value that the range covers items large and small, from shower and bathroom supplies through to pipe, roofing and tool needs, so a single visit serves trades and renovators alike. Several customers note that telephone enquiries are handled quickly, with items found and set aside for collection, and that the same helpful manner applies whether the job is a minor repair or a full house build. The result is a trade supplier where advice and follow-through keep customers coming back for later projects.

Great service, Joel helped me out with and issue I had and resolved it quickly,A+++

I rang the store, a lady answered and looked up a hole punch kit I was after. Paid for it and organized QuickFR8 to pick up. Packaged superbly with receipt inside. Amazing and seamless service, perfect from start to finish. Thank you and well done.

Great service and friendly staff

Caylee and Joey always go above and beyond whenever I visit the showroom. Although being a bathroom showroom, Caylee has also assisted us with our laundry, and kitchen. Caylee has such an eye for detail and design, leaving me feeling confident with everything I have purchased for my new home. Can’t recommend the staff at this showroom enough!

Michael at Reece was so very helpful and made it really easy for me to make my selection. I always appreciate friendly service.

DIY fix, not a large scale customer, but they still found me the joiner I needed and gave me a quick guide on how not to screw up applying it. Top blokes. Cheers!
