Same Day Hot Water Service - Perth

Replacing a failed hot water system is the task this specialist is repeatedly praised for, and the accounts point to unusually quick turnarounds from first contact to a working unit. A handful of customers describe contacting the company after a tank or cylinder failed and having a replacement running the following morning, with one household reporting the whole job completed within five hours of a burst cylinder. Punctuality recurs as a strength, and Andrew is named for arriving exactly as promised and working thoroughly, while Duo is singled out for expertise and a friendly manner.

The office side attracts steady compliments, with Wendy and other staff described as upfront about possible extra costs, quick to provide a quote from photographs of the existing setup, and efficient at arranging appointments. Reviews regularly refer to clean, tidy workmanship, old units removed and replacements installed neatly, often very promptly. The advice given on maintenance procedures and the handling of a warranty repair on a faulty new system also come in for praise. Pricing is characterised as reasonable, including for solar electric systems that were kept in stock.

Great and efficient services. Before this I contacted several local plumbers who dont get back to me, and another one charges way up more. I finally contacted Tye (of SDHWS) and installed Envirosun Heat Pump 330Litre. Quick and Job done smoothly. They even installed a soak well and pipe drainage and insulation for the piping. Very happy.

Excellent pricing, speedy installation, and, when the hot water system was faulty, super fast repair under warranty.

Fantastic service. I got a quote the previous day by another contractor for $1000 more than what Same Day was. I contacted them yesterday afternoon, they organised an early appointment. Which they arrived on time. And had a brand new working hot water system in an hour and a half. Amazing service. Why pay more for the exact same thing.

Our water heater system broke down (due to old age). I called them on Wednesday to get a quote, and the lady on the phone was upfront about any additional costs that might occur. I agreed to the quote, and three nice blokes came the next day, removed the old water heater, and installed a new one. Very neat and tidy job. One of the blokes also explained the maintenance procedure. Very impressed, guys!

Same Day Hot Water Service was so helpful and provided an absolutely brilliant service. Their prices were the cheapest around and as advertised including all fittings and installation . Unlike many others that add on extra on top of the advertised price for those items. They fit me in the same day and the quality and professionalism of their tradesmen were second to none. Very helpful and friendly.I highly recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service and great job. From the moment we called at 7am, by 10am we had a brand new Vulcan hot water system installed and working. Thank you to the lady on the phone in Sydney for organising everything so quickly and Thank you to Steve for installing it so professionally. Pretty sure the price was competitive, we lost hot water at 6am so we just wanted it fixed ASAP. 135ltr plus replacement valves, install & taking the old heater away was $1985. Great job and highly recommend.

This company is fantastic! Just 5 hours after my hot water cylinder burst, it was fixed. I give them 5 stars for every aspect, from the website to the installation. Duo, the plumbing expert, was exceptional. Well-done, team!
