Wizard Leak Detection Mandurah

Leak detection and repair is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Mandurah operation, with reviewers consistently highlighting the speed at which problems are located and resolved. Tim is named repeatedly and receives praise for his communication, arriving when he says he will and keeping customers informed throughout the process. Various customers describe him explaining the source of a leak clearly and passing on knowledge about household water supply, while others mention hidden leaks found within minutes and burst copper pipes repaired on the spot.

His manner is described as friendly and patient, with the ability to put people at ease during stressful plumbing emergencies, and one reviewer notes he kept them laughing while he worked. The practical outcomes customers mention include locating concealed leaks, fixing burst pipes and completing repairs efficiently, often on the same day a call is made. Reviewers also note that he took time to share advice about the water system and the steps taken, which left them feeling informed rather than rushed. A not-for-profit dog shelter account notes work carried out at no charge, reflecting a generosity that sits alongside the technical skill people describe.

Alright, where to start. For one the bloke rocked up to my place at 12pm after convincingly saying he was gonna be there at 9am, after already pushing it back twice FYI. Two, the idea of finding the leak and then to say that it's unfixable on his behalf, unless I was to pay up front another couple hundred on top of the call out fee, which I find is a little bit of a big shot for someone of my caliber in the type of work I do and money I earn.... Three, didn't get the job done after yet again convincing me it was only gonna be a quick 2 hr project. Looks like starting and finishing projects on the same day, isn't this guys strong suit. I know, I know, its a bit of a whinge. but now it's been two days without water and I'm back on Google trying to find another plumber to come finish or even start what this guy has left me with. Not a happy camper. Won't be telling anyone that it's a good choice to go through THE WIZARD LEAK DETECTION MANDURUAH if they need someone.

Had a leak in a copper pipe running down the side of the house. There was no sign of water on the brick paving but a leak was obvious from the sound and the meter dial moving. Tim arrived and located the leak and then repaired it for a very competitive price. I would highly recommend this person for any repair to leaking pipes

Extremely helpful and polite. Came to our home on the day we called and problem fixed straight away. Would recommend to anyone needing very reliable, friendly and helpful plumber. Denise Robinson

Great service, easy to deal with and showed up on time. His amazing leak detecting puppy found the leak quickly and he got it fixed on the spot. Would definitely use them again.

Tim’s service and communication is second to none. He came out around 6pm and located the leak and fixed it all within a hour. Great service, highly recommend!!

Just had Tim come out to find a hidden leak for us and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more! There aren’t enough stars to give him ⭐️ He was incredibly fast and efficient, explained everything clearly as he went, and even kept us laughing with plenty of jokes while working. Made a stressful situation so much easier. We’ll definitely be using him again and won’t be going to anyone else!
