Speedy Hot Water Services

Rapid same-day attendance and thorough technical explanations are the themes that run through customer accounts of this Gold Coast hot water specialist. A repeat client whose ageing unit failed describes a call answered in the morning and a replacement under way within little more than an hour, while others recall installations fitted around existing commitments so that a failed system was swapped the same day. Matt is named far more often than anyone else, with reviewers describing him as prompt, courteous and generous with advice, particularly on heat pump settings matched to household solar arrangements and on relocating equipment outside when updated regulations required it.

The advice given after installation also draws comment, with one household noting that queries about a system fitted four years earlier were still answered helpfully. Work covers replacement of gas units with heat pumps such as the EvoHeat 270 and 270-E, electrical box adjustments and wifi link setup, and reviewers often mention that the job is left tidy and that they would call the team again for future hot water needs. Several describe becoming return customers after multiple installations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a legend! Absolute Lifesaver! Exceptional Sunday Service from Matt I was due to travel for a week and had people coming to look after my dog. On Sunday morning, having finished all my chores and looking forward to a restful day, I went to jump in the shower only to find zero hot water. Being a Sunday, I knew finding help wouldn't be easy. After making a few calls, Matt from Speedy Hot Water called me back. His years of experience and deep expertise were obvious from the start. He instantly recognised my existing system and diagnosed the issue over the phone with a few shared photos via text and sharing technical insights like a seasoned professional made me realise he was the right person. Knowing the old system was seven years old, poor quality, and prone to failure, we discussed the best path forward. It didn't take long and we agreed that installing a brand-new system and relocating it to another location was ultimately the best long-term solution. Unbelievably, Matt agreed to take no more bookings for the day and scheduled me in for later that afternoon. True to his word, he turned up right on time and got straight to work. He efficiently drilled through walls to reroute lines, installed a new outdoor power point, and expertly manoeuvred the new unit into place. He worked tirelessly and happily, bending pipes with precision and double-checking every connection to ensure a flawless install. By the time he finished, it was dark and he had been working hard for over four hours. Thanks to his incredible effort and the quality system, I also got to take a hot shower, pack my bag, and finally relax after an intense morning. I am so incredibly grateful not just for his willingness to sacrifice his Sunday evening, but for the pure professionalism and high-level skill he brought to the job. It is so rare to find a tradesman this committed to his craft and his customers. To top it off, he explained all the benefits of the new system, which is highly energy efficient, would reduce running costs and his pricing for a Sunday was very reasonable. I highly recommend Matt—if you are lucky enough to secure a true expert like him for your job, you won't be disappointed! Loving the hot hot showers Matt! Thanks so much. Lori

Matt was amazing from start to finish when we needed to replace our hot water heat pump. Incredible service, advice and overall lovely person to deal with. Will definitely use Speedy for all future hot water needs.

Big thank you to Matt who facilitated a warranty claim on my EvoHeat hot water pump . He contacted the manufacturer's head office which resulted in an inspection and a speedy repair. He did more than I expected. Thank you

First time with Speedy Hot Water and I have no hesitation giving a 5 star recommendation. Matt went above and beyond with advice. Supply and installation were efficient and seamless even though there were all sorts of problems to be resolved with the old plumbing and electricals. Thanks Matt and James!

I have used speedy hot water several times and have always been impressed by the service . Matt was quick to diagnose that our evo hot water pump was fine but there were some changes that needed to be done to the electrical box. Matt was professional and knowledgeable and even came late in evening to get the job done. Highly recommend there service. Keep up the great customer service.

Really helpful, they installed the evo 270 new build 4 years ago. And still answered my concerns today with great customer service.
