⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a legend! Absolute Lifesaver! Exceptional Sunday Service from Matt I was due to travel for a week and had people coming to look after my dog. On Sunday morning, having finished all my chores and looking forward to a restful day, I went to jump in the shower only to find zero hot water. Being a Sunday, I knew finding help wouldn't be easy. After making a few calls, Matt from Speedy Hot Water called me back. His years of experience and deep expertise were obvious from the start. He instantly recognised my existing system and diagnosed the issue over the phone with a few shared photos via text and sharing technical insights like a seasoned professional made me realise he was the right person. Knowing the old system was seven years old, poor quality, and prone to failure, we discussed the best path forward. It didn't take long and we agreed that installing a brand-new system and relocating it to another location was ultimately the best long-term solution. Unbelievably, Matt agreed to take no more bookings for the day and scheduled me in for later that afternoon. True to his word, he turned up right on time and got straight to work. He efficiently drilled through walls to reroute lines, installed a new outdoor power point, and expertly manoeuvred the new unit into place. He worked tirelessly and happily, bending pipes with precision and double-checking every connection to ensure a flawless install. By the time he finished, it was dark and he had been working hard for over four hours. Thanks to his incredible effort and the quality system, I also got to take a hot shower, pack my bag, and finally relax after an intense morning. I am so incredibly grateful not just for his willingness to sacrifice his Sunday evening, but for the pure professionalism and high-level skill he brought to the job. It is so rare to find a tradesman this committed to his craft and his customers. To top it off, he explained all the benefits of the new system, which is highly energy efficient, would reduce running costs and his pricing for a Sunday was very reasonable. I have used speedy hot water several times and have always been impressed by the service . Matt was quick to diagnose that our evo hot water pump was fine but there were some changes that needed to be done to the electrical box. Matt was professional and knowledgeable and even came late in evening to get the job done. Highly recommend there service. Keep up the great customer service.
