Todd's plumbing & electrical

Households across Ashmore and the wider Gold Coast have turned to this team for hot water and electrical work, and the accounts that recur centre on installation projects handled with care. A handful of customers describe solar hot water and heat pump systems being fitted, with old units removed without fuss and new equipment running the same day. Praise for workmanship appears often, including neat pipework, tidy sites and rubbish cleared away afterwards. Reliability and punctuality are mentioned repeatedly, with trades arriving when promised and completing jobs efficiently, while clear quotes and fair pricing are described as a deciding factor.

Communication stands out, both before work begins and while it is under way, with questions answered patiently and options explained so customers can decide with confidence. Named staff receive warm mention: Todd, Kath, Ashleigh the electrician and plumber Steve are singled out for professionalism, friendliness and teamwork, and one account notes a loan hot water system supplied while a replacement was arranged. The range of work described covers solar panel replacement, heat pump servicing and combined plumbing and electrical jobs, with reviewers noting that problems were resolved promptly and without drama.

Never before have I experienced such amazing service. Hot water tank dying + winter = aaaaagh!! Todd’s came to my rescue that day and I had a brand new tank installed (perfectly, unlike my old one) and up and running by lunch time! The young gentleman who carried out the job was so lovely and professional. He is a real credit to the company and a great example to young people that want to work hard and achieve their goals.

I’d like to thank Todd, Kath, and the entire team of plumbers and electricians for the outstanding heat pump hot water system installation at our property. They removed the old solar hot water system without any hassle, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the job. The quality of the installation is excellent, and we’re very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend Todd, Kath, and the team for reliable, high-quality service.

Highly recommend! I contacted Todd’s Plumbing & Electrical due to their wonderful reviews & couldn’t be happier. From start to finish the whole experience was so helpful which enabled me to make a decision in confidence. The system was installed within a week of my initial inquiry and the process was faultless. The team arrived on time, were very professional and got the job done. They were able to answer any questions I had and made me feel very confident that I’ve made the right decision in going with the Envirosun system. Thank you Katherine for working through all of the questions I had and ensuring you had full overview of my existing setup. Thank you to the plumbing and electrical team for being such a great bunch of professional trades. The system is working beautifully.

Todd's Plumbing recently replaced our damaged solar hot water system. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful and professional people. They were not only helpful and punctual, but helped us to solve additional problems discovered during installation, without extra charge. Also thanks to Kath for her help and very good communication. We would definitely recommend Todd's Plumbing.

A big thank you to Todd’s plumbing - professional, flexible, and a good price. My biggest thing was that when our old system died, they came round straight away and hooked up a loaner hot water system - to allow us enough time to save up to get a solar system. It was seemless. Staff were friendly and happy to help- they actually like their job ! Thanks again… and fully recommend.
