Think Water Warrnambool

Recurring praise for Think Water Warrnambool centres on knowledgeable, friendly service and a willingness to explain things clearly. Several accounts note staff taking time to answer questions and research solutions when unsure, with Shane singled out for helpful advice on a garden pump purchase and Paul named for prompt fitting and clear explanations of a backed-up bathroom plumbing problem.

Customers describe work being completed quickly, including a rainwater tank filter change that followed a call within a quarter of an hour. The local ownership comes through as a positive, with the business noted as community minded and stocking pumps, irrigation gear, pipes, valves, fittings and water filters, alongside a weed sprayer found for a quad bike.

Several describe the team as professional, approachable and good at sharing practical knowledge about water quality and usage, whether the job involves irrigation equipment, a rainwater tank, or general plumbing repairs. A qualified plumber on hand to support, service and install systems is mentioned as a real bonus, and the tone throughout is of a helpful local outfit that turns up, does the job properly and leaves customers confident in the result, with Paul the name that comes up when the work is done.

Paul couldn't be more helpfull! I rang and he arrived in 15 minutes. He changed the filter for the rainwater tanks. He was happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. I'd definitely recommend him and will call him again next time.

We were extremely impressed by Paul and his team. We experienced a "backed-up situation" with our Bathroom plumbing. Paul was on the job within no time. The problem was explained to us in "layman's terms"; with plans that Paul had (somehow?) found from Wannon Water and The City Council..... Unfortunately, the situation became a little tricky....... The options for maintenance were again, properly explained, by Paul. We felt fully informed and confident that it was our decision. I truly wish that all tradesmen operated in this manner To top it all off; our invoice was most certainly a lot less than we had expected.

I purchased a new garden pump from 'Think Water' Warrnambool and was most grateful to Shane for his fantastic help & advice. Paul came & fitted the pump on Saturday afternoon. He was very friendly & professional. He had a great knowledge of what was required to successfully replace the old pump. In no time, the new pump was working better than ever!
