Warrnambool & District Plumbing

Warrnambool & District Plumbing has earned a strong local reputation for responsive service and skilled workmanship, especially in hot water and heating. A handful of customers describe Matt arriving within half an hour of a call about a solar water heater, restoring hot water quickly after a clear explanation of the problem. Reviewers frequently point to his punctuality, politeness and communication before and after each job, with one emergency repair attended within the hour. Bathroom renovations feature prominently, including a bathroom completed to a standard a couple described as outstanding, and a central heating installation where the customer praised the attention to detail and ongoing communication.

Other accounts cover the removal of old water tanks and redirection of plumbing back to the mains, a roof leak inspection that identified and fixed the source, and general plumbing repairs carried out professionally and on time. The friendliness of Matt and his team comes through consistently, with customers noting a polite manner and a willingness to explain the work as it progressed. Repeat business and referrals appear frequently in the feedback, pointing to satisfaction with both the finished result and the way each job was managed from first contact through to completion.

I needed an emergency job done, Matt came within the hour to repair. Absolutely fantastic plumber. 5 stars.

Really happy with the service. They turned up when they said they would, did a great job, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Easy to deal with, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Had an issue with my solar water heater. Typical last thing on a Friday afternoon problem yet was here in half an hour. Clear and communicative. Problem fixed and hot water flowing again quickly. Will use again in the future. Can recommend.
