Townsville Gas & Plumbing

Homeowners and property managers in Townsville have called on this gasfitting and plumbing business for jobs ranging from hot water system replacement to blocked toilets and underground leaks. A theme running through the feedback is the reliability of Roman and his team, with customers noting that arrivals happen when promised and that after-hours work is offered when needed. Workmanship is described as careful and accurate, including the tracing of an underground main pipe leak that was pinpointed and repaired without delay, and a toilet repair and water heater installation that were both completed without leaving mess behind.

Several accounts highlight the advice given, such as researching which cooktop would suit an existing cut-out so the replacement fitted properly the first time. Pricing is spoken of as fair and sensible, with the view that doing the job correctly avoids later expense. Reviewers also remark on the friendly manner of those on site and the speed with which both routine and urgent problems are handled. Gas fitting and general plumbing repairs feature most often among the described jobs.

Fantastic service, friendly, professional and fixed the issues quickly. Very easy to book in and turned up when they said they would. Highly recommended.

Super efficient and helpful. I had an unidentified water leak, these guys identified the source in a main pipe underground with precision and sorted it ASAP. Thank you big time!

I highly recommend Townsville Gas and Plumbing. A big thank you to Anna and Jack. I was in a bit of trouble with my hot water system leaking water every where. Anna was wonderful to communicate with and made things easy to understand. She was considerate and patient. Jack was awesome installing the new system. He was also polite, considerate and professional. Thank you very much. Cheers, Cameron

Very poor service

Excellent service arrived on time did a very good job would recommend their services.

I highly recommend Townsville Gas & Plumbing. I was expecting to replace my hot water system and put a call out on social media for recommendations. Roman quickly answered my questions and diagnosed the far less serious problem via email/phone. Communication was exceptional, tradesman was on time, and best of all, price was very affordable and well below what I had initially anticipated.

Highly recommend Roman and his team. They have done an amazing job each time we have needed their services. The best plumbers in town!
