What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Michael is the staff member singled out for praise after a Townsville customer needed help with a hot water service, the reviewer expressing gratitude for the assistance given that day. The same customer describes the response to both calls and texts as quick, which is the concrete point the account rests on.
The work involved a hot water service, and the business is listed for hot water and gas work as a service establishment. The reviewer offers no detail on parts, brands, pricing or how the fault was ultimately resolved, and the account covers only the one visit. What stands out is the speed of the reply and the help provided when the system needed attention.
