DO NOT USE ACACIA PLUMBING! Acacia plumbing tried to replace my 49Litre hot water system that I paid $1875.50 for. This hot water system is inside a cupboard space. The copper piping going to and from the hot water system was mostly left bare and where insulation was attempted it was not secured. See photo. This creates hot pipes in the cupboard space creating condensation and moisture. This damages cabinetry over time let alone the potential for burns when touched. Do yourself a favour and get your plumbing done by a business who cares about the final product that their customer has paid for. NOT ACACIA PLUMBING!

The flexible hose on our pullout tap in the kitchen had split. As the authorised service agent, Alan from Acacia replaced the flexible hose under warranty. The service Acacia provided was impeccable. From our first contact to our last we were kept informed, treated courteously and provided with a fast and efficient response. We would have no hesitation in recommending Acacia Plumbing.

Highly recommend Acacia Plumbing. I've had an issue for a yr in ensuite with shower in new build home. Builders Plumbers not listening to me with issue after 5 visits told me no issues. After a call from Acacia staff Karin & Jody, sent a couple of 2sec videos they actually listened to me what the issue.Communication was excellent, prompt service, they discussed issue ordered parts & within a week Alan plumber fantastic tradie arrived changed mixer tap & shower head tested water flow completed job & left area clean & tidy. I needed an old solar tank and panels removed from my roof and a new heat pump water heater installed. I sent a text and got a text back the next day with a tentative quote pending site inspection. It was a good quote, so I said yes and a tradie came and checked where I wanted the water heater. I was sent a final quote and it was arranged all within a week. Excellent service and great price. DO NOT USE ACACIA PLUMBING. HOT WATER SYSTEM LEFT TURNED ON WITH UNSAFE ELECTROCUTION TOUCH POTENTIAL EXPOSURE! NOT COMPLIANT. See photos for how Acacia Plumbing left a electric hot water system connected, turned on and energised. The electrical connection cover on the hot water system was not secured with missing screw allowing for movement of cover. The flexible conduit containing the electrical wires going to the hot water system was found under edge of electrical connection cover. This created large gaps around the electrical connection cover edge big enough to allow fingers to enter electrical connnection box with live electricity. The earth wire was found pinched under edge of electrical connection cover. The earth clamp onto copper pipe was found loose. There was wiring offcuts rubbish found in tray of hot water system. I paid $1875.50 to have this 47 litre electric hot water system replaced including electrical connection.
