Australian Hot Water – Service Agent Newcastle

Just had my hot water system replaced by A&A hot water Cardiff, my system had dramatically exploded and tipped over during the night. I called early in the morning and was quoted in person that day and replaced with a brand new Heat Pump system by the afternoon. Adam and his crew on site were excellent! they even managed to drain the old tank into a waste pipe, whilst the old heater laying on its side! This avoided burning my grass (which i take pride in). I didnt even ask they do this, they were just super professional and took care of what they were doing. Would highly recommend this team from Cardiff, from the office, the quoting team and the guys out on site. Well done and thank you.

Very satified with the service provided. Called to have leaking shower taps repaired. Mitchel arrived the next day, replaced and repaired the damaged taps. Did a great job. Very impressed with his knowledge and care taken. Highly recommend Chris and his staff. Had new hot water service installed 12 months ago and was very happy with their work then, and was the reason we were happy to have them back.

Chris and his team were great. Came the same day and hooked up replacement tank to get me through until gas connected. Once gas hooked up, they promptly returned to install a new gas hot water system, plus plumbing for heating and gas cook top. Couldn't be happier. Great service and advice, fast, good price, highly recommend.

had Kris around to quote on replacing my hot water system to gas, as he was doing this he asked what was wrong with my hot water, told him, he then found the problem. i have now got hot water, I had been told by another plumber that my system was gone, When my system goes I will be using Australian hot water to replace it,
