Canberra Hot Water and Plumbing

Canberra homeowners describe Vin and the team as exceptionally responsive, with several noting that enquiries are answered within the hour and jobs are often attended the same day. Punctuality comes up repeatedly, as customers mention that Vin arrives exactly when promised and gets straight to work. Praise centres on clear communication, both in diagnosing faults over the phone and in explaining what is being done and what to watch for. Transparent quoting before any work begins is a point that comes up often, with customers noting the price is confirmed upfront so there are no surprises.

The work itself covers gas hot water system replacement, new copper piping, and repairs to leaking units, including one long-serving system that failed and was replaced the following morning. Reviewers describe installations completed in a couple of hours, with old units removed and slabs replaced, and repairs finished quickly so water could be turned back on. Tidiness and efficiency are noted, alongside Vin's friendliness and willingness to answer questions during the job. Several customers mention his honesty in identifying simple fixes rather than inflating the work, and many say they will use the service again for future plumbing needs.

Had a plumbing emergency on Saturday afternoon and was very pleased I phoned Vin at Canberra Hot Water and Plumbing. He arrived within 45 minutes, was very friendly and did a great job. Price was reasonable too considering it was after hours.

Plumbing problems always happen at the most inconvenient times. Mine was late afternoon Christmas Eve. Vin arranged installation of a new Hot Water tank and new copper piping after my old tank decided to leak water everywhere. Took 2 hours to install and finished at 7pm. Forever grateful for him attending on this day. Excellent service.
