Canberra Solar Hot Water Repairs

Prompt, knowledgeable help with solar hot water systems is the theme that runs through these accounts. Customers writing about their orders describe ringing with a faulty system and having a technician at their door within hours, often the same day, with new parts fitted and hot water restored well before the visit ended. Reviewers repeatedly mention that the diagnosis is quick and accurate, including one case where an incorrectly installed system was identified and corrected, and another where phone guidance alone resolved the fault. Named staff such as Robert and Dave attract frequent praise for explaining options clearly, testing possible solutions before dispatching anyone and offering maintenance advice beyond the immediate repair.

The work covers roof-mounted and evacuated tube solar hot water units, hot water tanks, gas fitting and replacement installations, along with incidental fixes such as broken roof tiles. Customers note that hard-to-source parts are obtained and older Apricus and Solarhart systems are handled that other trades had struggled with. Tidiness, fair pricing and a professional manner are recurring remarks, as is the willingness to attend promptly when hot water fails. Satisfaction is expressed through repeat bookings and referrals to family and friends.

Prompt service, good outcome at a reasonable price

Easy to get hold of, and very fast to respond - malfunctioning hot water tank was fixed the same day. Thank you!

Excellent prompt service. Friendly team and so helpful in our difficulties.

Very helpful and provide not only the right part for our evacuated solar hot water system but fixed our broken roof tiles in the process. Would definitely call again!

Dave was punctual, great communicator and was able to answer all my many questions about the solar hot water system I inherited. He serviced the hot water system and it is now performing significantly better. I also know now how to make much better use of the system too while keeping running costs down 😊.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to install a new hot water system on the same day as our initial call-out.

From the moment I called Robert with hot water issues our experience with this team was second to none. Dave arrived three hours later. He was professional, approachable and kind completing the job to a very high standard. Thank you for your expertise gentlemen. You will be highly recommended.
