Coral Sea Plumbing

Coral Sea Plumbing has built a following among Cairns residents who need plumbing work handled without fuss, and the pattern across feedback is one of dependable tradespeople who turn up when they say they will. Reviewers often mention punctuality, with plumbers arriving on schedule and completing repairs quickly, whether the job involves a mains leak under a driveway, a shower breach, a new gas cooktop or a hot water system. A handful of customers describe the pricing as reasonable and sensible, noting that quotes for replacement items were prepared and honoured once accepted, and that work was finished cost-effectively.

Communication stands out too: office staff such as Wendy, Sarah and Marty are named for guiding people through jobs and keeping them informed from first call to completion. The team's knowledge is another recurring point, with advice on preventing future issues and the use of detection equipment to trace hidden leaks. Tidiness and courteous conduct are noted, as is the speed of getting parts and returning to install them. Jobs range across gas installation, guttering replacement, drainage and bathroom fault-finding, with customers returning for repeat work over several years.

I have used Coral Sea Plumbing multiple times now. Each time the process has been seamless. You are greeted with kindness on the phone, prompt bookings, great quality plumbing and expertise, honest advice, and a proper job fixed.

Got Coral Sea Plumbing in again - as always helpful, friendly, very reliable, did a great job, very reasonable rates.

We have used Marty from Coral Sea Plumbing over the past few years and would like to share our experiences. We have found Marty from Coral Sea Plumbing reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and totally professional with all our Plumbing requirements. Further to that the administration and accounting sections of this company is far superior to that that we have experience elsewhere. 10/10 from us Kerry & Pam Davis

We have found Coral Sea Plumbing excellent. They are extremely reliable and do great work (especially Marty) at a very reasonable rate. Dr Neil Taylor

Be wary - we had some emergency septic work scheduled and arranged someone to come up and replace a part. The cost was discussed however they failed to mention that they would require full payment on the very day. Not even a part payment was accepted. It gives me comfort to read in other reviews on here that others have had same experience. This is unheard of with trades and we found it very unprofessional and it really put us in a difficult predicament as we were expecting to pay within at least 7-14 days as with most invoices. They really should have explained this policy upon booking. A year later the part gave out and they wouldn’t honour the two year warranty simply because we hadn’t chosen to use their services since. I found this very unreasonable and did explain as they were far away it wasn’t practical for us to use them due to their $300 call out fee and had chosen someone local. They also phoned our council too to advise them we weren’t using them which was a bit odd and seemed a bit vindictive all because we hadn’t had it serviced by them. There was no agreement in place so I’m unsure why they are behaving so. This has been our experience with Coral Coast. It is what it is.

Available to come within 48hours of my call. Friendly staff diagnosed the problem, sourced parts, and had all jobs done within 3 hours. Also took details and prepared a quote for a replacement item. Once the quote was accepted, they ordered the part and returned to install it within reasonable time frame. Well done.

We used Coral Sea Plumbing for Gas instalment a couple of years ago. They were great, so decided to use them again to fix a shower breach. Wendy guided me through the entire process easily and professionally. After getting the run around from the Insurance company and their 'people' it was a nice change to talk to someone helpful and knowledgeable to get this done. Work was completed professionally, quickly, cost-effectively and most importantly on time! Would gladly recommend and use them again.
