CS Plumbing & Drainage Services

Sandro is the technician whose name recurs throughout feedback for this Wollongong plumbing business, and customers consistently tie their satisfaction to his diagnostic skill and the reliability of the team around him. Several reviewers describe how he pinpoints the true cause of a problem, from subfloor drainage faults to tree roots blocking pipes, rather than simply treating the surface symptom.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the clarity of his quotes: work is priced fairly and explained upfront, and one customer notes that a separate issue was fixed on the day without an additional charge. Gas fitting for a food trailer, updating bathroom fittings and waterproofing the rear of a house all feature among completed jobs, with specialised knowledge and practical suggestions offered during the initial visit.

Promptness stands out as well, including same-day quoting and rapid attendance when a concern arose unexpectedly. Daniel is frequently named alongside Sandro for efficient completion, careful handling of the site and removal of leftover debris. Repeat patronage stretches across decades, with one household calling on the pair many times at short notice. Customers describe the results as durable and neat, both in appearance and function, and they return whenever plumbing work is needed.

Really appreciated Sandro and Daniel’s help with a very stressful sewer blockage issue affecting our apartment block. They were very responsive, professional, thorough and took the time to properly investigate and resolve the underlying problem rather than applying a temporary fix. They were patient answered all questions and explained everything and made sure all the affected units knew about it, and followed the sewer plans to find the real source. Communication was excellent throughout and they were great to deal with during a difficult situation. Really appreciated their honesty, practical approach and genuine willingness to help during what was quite a stressful situation. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Sandro has been my go to plumber for over 20 years. Jobs that have been completed include updating bathroom fittings, clearing pipes of tree roots and waterproofing the back of the house. Sandro and Daniel are extremely trustworthy and their work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend CS Plumbing.

Sandro was excellent and I can’t recommend him enough. He was communicative, fit me into his busy schedule without fuss, showed genuine care in helping me get my hot water up and running as soon as possible, did a thorough job checking potential leaks and charged very reasonably. I would highly recommend Sandro.

Sandro and Daniel were fantastic. Very reasonable quote from the outset, did a great job, and even helped fix a separate issue on the day at no extra charge. Highly recommended.
