Dr Leak Wollongong Plumbing

Household and trade projects across Wollongong form the backdrop to this plumbing work, and the accounts left by customers dwell on the range of tasks handled as much as the way they were carried out. Customers in several reviews describe jobs that bundled several trades together, including a hot water heat pump, a ceiling fan, swapping a gas stove for an induction cooktop and oven, and upgrading a meter board, with Pierre and Jacob named for arriving when promised and working efficiently and courteously.

One thing mentioned again and again is the honesty shown when options and costs are set out, with alternatives explained clearly enough that the differences are easy to follow. Rapidity runs through many accounts, from attendance on the same day to a high water bill traced with leak detecting equipment and repaired within one day, while Jamal is credited with restoring hot water by that evening after a fault. Cleanliness features regularly, with completed jobs leaving the property tidy, and James is thanked for work done with care. Customers also appreciate advice and extra attention given to faults they had not thought to mention, and many say they would call the team again.

James came out and did a wonderful job، thank you.

Great, same day service. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr Leak did a lot of work for me, hot water heat pump, ceiling fan, replace gas stove with an induction cook top/oven and modernise meter board and Pierre and Jacob were excellent. They were timely, efficient, friendly and courteous. They even fixed things that needed fixing that I didn't know to ask about. They are the experts, not me and I trust them to keep me safe. Very highly recommended.

Prompt, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend this business.

The two stars are for the lovely person that booked my appt on the phone. After that, all downhill. The plumber arrived, took a look at the problem, took a phone call from his mate, chatted for 15 minutes about his day, then quoted me $418 for a small toilet repair. I declined, and had the job done the next day by a different plumber for literally half the price. Learnt my lesson - always call a local.

had these guys come out a couple times, never an issue with them. exceptional service!

Had these boys come down for a job over the weekend, and honestly it was perfect. I had high expectations and they surpassed it. I would definitely recommend to give them a call for your next job. 10/10
